RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
 

right of withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

 

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Butcher Films GbR, Kleine Schwerter Str. 82, 44287 Dortmund, Tel.: +49 1706676932, email:contact@rebelsofsteel.com) by means of a clear statement (by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model cancellation form attached to the order, but this is not mandatory.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

 

We do not bear any costs for returning the goods.

 

Consequences of revocation

 

If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, excluding all delivery costs (unless otherwise agreed), immediately from the day on which we received the returned goods and for completeness and defects was checked.
 

For this repayment we use the same means of payment and the same method that you used in the original transaction. We can refuse repayment if proof of the completeness and/or defect of the goods that you have returned cannot be provided or if the goods you have returned are with us (Butcher Films GbR, Kleine Schwerter Str. 82, 44287 Dortmund) was not received or not received on time.
 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
